Wisnu grew up with baking cakes, soccer clubs, illegal motorcycle racing, underground music, and metal factory workers. These experiences became Wisnu's wealth in building his film world using observation and constructivist methods. Some of his short films: Meja Makan/ Goodbye, Table Manner [2018] won Best Film at FESTCIL 2019, Best Director, and Best Sound Designer at the Indonesian Student Film Festival 2019 - Nasida Ria: Sun Stage [2023] participated in the short film competition program at the 2023 Documentary Film Festival and the 2024 Ho Chi Minh International Film Festival - and Mars KB/ Fisio ex Machina [2025] had its Indonesian premiere at the 2025 Jogja-Netpac Asian Film Festival. For Wisnu, films are a circus and solitude, that's why at the end of his films, he gives the slogan "You'll Never Watch Alone".
