Gabriel de Varona is a Cuban-American filmmaker who specializes in creating genre blending films with dark humor, emotional heart, and the occasional supernatural element. He also works as a creative marketing producer and a freelance video editor. Born and raised in Miami, he lived in New York for ten years working as a camera operator and editor for public broadcasting stations. While a graduate student at Emerson college in Boston, Gabe worked as a teacher for college and high school film programs.
