Evan McKercher is an American filmmaker, and undergraduate at the University of Colorado Denver studying Film and Television Production. Having directed multiple short films over the years and won awards at prestigious film festivals such as the Boulder International Film Festival, McKercher has found success at a very young age. His filmography is not defined by one genre. McKercher believes that stories are at the heart of human nature, and he focuses on compelling narratives above all else.

Apart from film, McKercher has also received extensive training in the art of theater. In 2023, he was nominated for a Bobby G Award in the category of Best Performance in a Leading Role for the state of Colorado. He has performed in front of thousands—on stages including the Buell Theatre and the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver.

McKercher’s talent has been showcased in many forms. Beyond the stage, his films have screened for packed audiences and been viewed by tens of thousands online, cementing him as a versatile and dynamic storyteller.
