When Sun-oh's abusive father dies while on duty as a firefighter, he feels a sense of liberation. As he dreams of a new life, his mother and sister seem to have forgotten the violence they endured. Confused, Sun-oh falls in with delinquent friends and starts his first relationship hoping to leave his father behind.
