Three young actors. Two families. One role. Aspiring actors and family friends; Ruby, Sterling, and Katie, all receive a next-day audition request for the same role. They each must film a "self tape", aka a do-it-yourself-at-home audition. With only 12 hours to submit, they have no choice but to accept less than ideal help.
