Churrería Maravillas opens on New Year's Eve. Inés accepts the holiday shift because she can't afford anything else. Miguel, the owner, pushes the staff to their limits, stretching the business to the breaking point with improvised deliveries and workers without contracts. While the city celebrates, the night speeds up amidst oil, orders, and the general rush.
