Durs Grünbein's "Moscow Menagerie" is about a rare Saiga antelope, a female cheetah, a Mafioso named "Ironhand", the on-duty cobras ("concierges") and a "burning giraffe" (the huge TV tower in Moscow whose "neck" burned down).
