The correctional officer prefers good treatment with the female inmates, while the director prefers the use of cruelty and pressure, and there are four girls admired by the officer, and without intent the four girls ignite the correctional fire and it is an opportunity to escape. A disciplinary board is set up for the officer for his negligence and inability to control them.
