Manelick Ortega has a degree in Language and Literature, is one of the founding partners of the film producer DuHBuu FILMS, and is a current member of the script department.

He participated as a screenwriter and creative support in the realization of the "Ósculo" short film (2021). Similarly, he participated in the process of creating the "Carcamal" short film (2022). His directorial debut "Despistados" (2023) premiered in a short film festival hosted by Viviendo Cine (14° Exhibición De Cortometrajes).

He is currently developing more short film projects within DuHBuu Films, in which he'll continue to develop as a writer and director.
